# Khai báo thông tin vụ việc, công trình, dự án

Dùng để khai báo các dự án, công trình, hạn mục công trình hoặc các sự kiện, vụ việc cần theo dõi và quản lý chi tiết, các đối tượng này cần được chỉ rõ khi cập nhật phát sinh giao dịch nhằm ghi nhận chi phí, doanh thu, tính toán giá thành và lên báo cáo, sổ sách kế toán.

## Hướng dẫn thao tác

**Bước 1:** Vào màn hình khai báo theo đường dẫn: ***Vụ việc/ Nhập liệu/ Khai báo/ Danh mục vụ việc, dự án, công trình***

**Bước 2:**Nhấn nút **Thêm** trên thanh công cụ để thêm mới vụ việc.

**Bước 3:** Cập nhật thông tin vụ việc sau đó nhấn **Lưu.**

**Các thông tin cần lưu ý:**

* Nhập mã và tên vụ việc
* Ngày bắt đầu- Ngày kết thúc: ngày bắt đầu thực hiện và kết thúc của dự án.
* Mã vụ việc mẹ: trường hợp dự án có phát sinh phụ lục, thì chọn mã dự án trước đó.
