# Kết chuyển số dư vụ việc qua năm sau

Tính năng này dùng để chuyển số dư các tài khoản theo các mã vụ việc qua năm sau, thao tác thường sử dụng khi chốt sổ năm cũ.

## Hướng dẫn thao tác

**Bước 1:** Vào màn hình chuyển số dư theo đường dẫn: ***Hệ thống/ Tiện ích nâng cao/ Chuyển số dư sang năm sau***

**Bước 2:** Nhập các thông tin và nhấn **Đồng ý.**

**Các thông tin cần lưu ý:**

* Nhập năm cần chuyển.
* Chọn Dữ liệu là **Tài khoản, công nợ, hợp đồng, khế ước, vụ việc** sau đó nhấn **Đồng ý.**
