# Tạo quyển hóa đơn điện tử cho năm mới

Ký hiệu hóa đơn điện tử quy định theo 2 chữ số cuối của năm, do đó khi bước qua năm mới, người dùng khai báo quyển hóa đơn mới để tích hợp sử dụng hóa đơn điện tử.

## Hướng dẫn thao tác

**Bước 1.** Tại phần mềm kế toán, truy cập chức năng tại đường dẫn: ***Hệ thống/ Cấu hình hóa đơn điện tử/ Danh mục quyển hóa đơn điện tử,*** tạo quyển hóa đơn mới bằng chức năng sao chép quyển cũ.

**Ví dụ**: Với mã quyển C25TAR, hiện tại là năm 2025, sang năm 2026 mới người dùng sẽ khai báo là C26TAR.

**Bước 2: Khai báo lại ký hiệu mặc định tại phần tài khoản hoá đơn điện tử**

Đường dẫn: ***Hệ thống/ Kết nối HĐĐT/ Khai báo tài khoản sử dụng hóa đơn điện tử***\
Tại dòng tài khoản đang khai báo sẵn, anh chị bấm vào nút sửa.

Tại trường thông tin Ký hiệu mặc định, anh chị chọn lại mã quyển mới 2026 và nhấn lưu.

**Lưu ý:** Chỉ sửa phần ký hiệu mặc định, các thông tin còn lại anh chị vui lòng không chỉnh sửa ảnh hưởng đến phần xuất hoá đơn.

**Bước 3.** Kiểm tra khai báo trên phần mềm hóa đơn điện tử. Hiện tại hầu hết các nhà cung cấp hóa đơn điện tử đều tự động tạo quyển, người dùng cần kiểm tra lại cho chính xác.
