# Chuyển số dư từ năm trước qua

Chức năng này thường được sử dụng sau khi chốt sổ cuối năm, kế toán có thể thao tác vào cuối năm hoặc đầu năm tài chính mới. Sau khi chạy chuyển số dư từ năm trước qua thì toàn bộ số dư đầu năm tài chính mới bằng với số dư cuối năm trước. 

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1:** Truy cập theo đường dẫn ***Tổng hợp/ Nhập liệu/ Xử lý dữ liệu/ Chuyển số dư sang năm sau*** để thực hiện thao tác.

**Bước 2:** Nhập **năm** cần chuyển; chọn **loại dữ liệu** cần chuyển, sau đó nhấn Đồng ý.

**Một số lưu ý:**

* Khi chuyến loại dữ liệu Tài khoản, công nợ, hợp động, khế ước, vụ việc, chương trình thực hiện chuyển số dư từ sổ cái qua năm sau.
* Khi chuyển loại dữ liệu Sổ kho, tồn kho, giá trị hàng tồn kho, chương trình thực hiện chuyển số dư từ sổ kho qua năm sau.
* Để chuyển toàn bộ số dư năm trước qua năm sau, cần chuyển đầy đủ dữ liệu sổ cái và sổ kho, nghĩa là người dùng cần chạy chuyển cả hai loại dữ liệu từ năm trước qua năm sau.
* Sau khi chạy xong nếu có sự thay đổi số dư năm cũ thì người dùng cần chạy lại chức năng, chương trình sẽ xóa kết quả cũ thay bằng kết quả mới.
