# Tra cứu lịch sử giao dịch

## Mô tả

Tra cứu lịch sử giao dịch (sổ phụ ngân hàng) là chức năng dùng để:

* Giúp tra cứu được lịch sử giao dịch mà không mất công ra Ngân hàng.
* Giúp lập nhanh chứng từ Thu/Chi từ các giao dịch ngân hàng.

## Tra cứu lịch sử giao dịch

**Bước 1**: Truy cập vào đường dẫn **Tiền gửi/ Ngân hàng số/ Lịch sử giao dịch (sổ phụ) ngân hàng**.

**Bước 2**: Nhấn nút chức năng Tải dữ liệu, sau đó chọn khoảng thời gian và tài khoản ngân hàng cần lấy để lấy lịch sử.

**Bước 3:** Lịch sử giao dịch sau khi lấy về, người dùng có thể xuất ra excel bằng cách nhấn nút Kết xuất dữ liệu.

## Lập chứng từ thu/ chi tiền gửi từ các giao dịch ngân hàng

Lịch sử giao dịch sau khi được lấy về, người dùng có thể tick chọn giao dịch để tạo các chứng từ Giấy báo có/ Giấy báo nợ ngân hàng.

**Bước 1:** Tick chọn các giao dịch cần hạch toán, sau đó chọn tùy chọn xử lý tạo báo có hay báo nợ.

**Bước 2**: Kiểm tra và chính sửa thông tin hạch toán và ghi sổ.

**Lưu ý:**&#x20;

* Đối với các giao dịch lấy từ sổ phụ ngân hàng, hệ thống đang dựa vào thông tin tài khoản thụ hưởng/ tài khoản chuyển tiền để lấy ra mã khách hàng/ nhà cung cấp.
* Đối với ngân hàng MB thông tin này chưa có sẵn, nên khi tạo chứng từ từ sổ phụ, người dùng sẽ nhập thông tin mã đối tượng theo diễn giải và số tiền.
