# Điều chuyển bộ phận sử dụng tài sản cố định

## Mô tả nghiệp vụ

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1:** Vào màn hình điều chuyển bộ phận sử dụng TSCĐ theo đường dẫn: ***Tài sản/ Nhập liệu/ Điều chuyển TSCĐ/ Điều chuyển bộ phận sử dụng TSCĐ.***

**Bước 2:** Chọn nút **Thêm** trên thanh công cụ để thêm mới phiếu.

**Bước 3:** Nhập các thông tin trên phiếu và nhấn **Lưu.**

**Các thông tin cần lưu ý:**

* Nhập mã tài sản và kỳ điều chuyển.
* Bộ phận: là bộ phận chuyển đến.
* Nhập các Tài khoản tài sản, khấu hao, chi phí. Các tài khoản này có thể sửa lại để phù hợp với cách ghi nhận ở bộ phận mới
* Ở những kỳ sau bắt đầu từ kỳ khai báo điều chuyển, chi phí khấu hao sẽ được tính và ghi nhận cho bộ phận mới.
