# Hộp thư

* Dùng để kiểm tra các hoá đơn đã được gửi vào trong các hộp thư.
* Xem lịch sử gửi các hoá đơn đầu vào.

## Các bước thao tác

**Bước 1:** Tại ứng dụng Hoá đơn đầu vào, chọn chức năng ***Hộp thư***

**Bước 2:** Chương trình cập nhật hoá đơn gửi vào hộp thư. Click chuột vào **Tiêu đề** để xem nội dung email.

Chương trình hiển thị nội dung email được gửi tới hộp thư.

**Một số lưu ý:**

* Trong trường hợp chương trình chưa cập nhật kịp email được gửi đến thì người dùng có thể chủ động cập nhật ngay bằng cách nhấn nút **Refresh** trên hộp mail.

* Người dùng có thể xem thông tin hoá đơn đầu vào được cập nhật bằng cách nhất nút Xem hoá đơn.

* Nếu email không có các hoá đơn đầu vào được gửi về thì khi nhấn Xem, chương trình hiển thị thông báo Không có hoá đơn.
