# Điều chuyển bộ phận sử dụng CCDC

## Mô tả nghiệp vụ

Điều chuyển công cụ từ bộ phận này sang bộ phận khác trong cùng đơn vị.

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1:** Vào màn hình điều chuyển công cụ theo đường dẫn: ***Công cụ/ Nhập liệu/ Điều chuyển CCDC/ Điều chuyển bộ phận sử dụng.***

**Bước 2:** Chọn nút **Thêm** trên thanh công cụ để thêm phiếu mới phiếu.

**Bước 3:** Nhập thông tin trên phiếu và nhấn **Lưu**.

**Các thông tin cần lưu ý:**

* Nhập mã công cụ và kỳ điều chuyển công cụ.
* Bộ phận: là bộ phận điều chuyển đến
* Nhập các Tài khoản công cụ, phân bổ, chi phí. Các tài khoản này có thể sửa lại để phù hợp với cách ghi nhận ở bộ phận mới
* Ở những kỳ sau bắt đầu từ kỳ khai báo điều chuyển, chi phí phân bổ sẽ được tính và ghi nhận cho bộ phận mới
