# Theo dõi yêu cầu

Khi yêu cầu hỗ trợ được tiếp nhận, nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng tạo phòng chat cho từng yêu cầu hỗ trợ. Người dùng theo dõi thông báo tại biểu tượng chat ![](/files/lJcnNOOUUGMudiCzQb6G) được đặt cạnh biểu tượng chăm sóc khách hàng.

**Bước 1.** Khi có tin nhắn mới, biểu tượng chat hiển thị số lượng tin nhắn chưa đọc màu đỏ, người dùng bấm vào biểu tượng để mở phòng chat.

Các phòng chat được tạo với cấu trúc **Số yêu cầu - Tên công ty.** Người dùng dựa vào số yêu cầu để theo dõi phòng chat tương ứng (Số yêu cầu xem tại màn hình nhập Yêu cầu hỗ trợ).

**Bước 2.** Tại ô chat, người dùng nhập nội dung chat, sau đó nhấn Enter để gửi tin nhắn.
