# Gửi hình ảnh, file

Trong các trường hợp cần gửi hình ảnh hoặc file để mô tả yêu cầu, người dùng sử dụng tính năng gửi hình ảnh và đính kèm file có sẵn trên khung chat.

## Gửi hình ảnh

Dùng tính năng chụp hình của ứng dụng máy tính/ điện thoại, dán hình ảnh vào khung chat, sau đó nhấn Enter.
