# Điều chỉnh giảm công nợ

## Mô tả nghiệp vụ

Trường hợp doanh nghiệp áp dụng chính sách chiết khấu thanh toán (khách hàng thanh toán trước hạn), khách hàng được nhận khoản chiết khấu thanh toán và trừ trực tiếp vào công nợ.

## **Định khoản**

Nợ TK 635 Chi phí tài chính

Có TK 131 Phải thu khách hàng

## **Các bước thực hiện**

**Bước 1:** Vào phân hệ **Mua hàng/ Nhập liệu/Điều chỉnh, cấn trừ công nợ/Bút toán điều chỉnh giảm công nợ**

**Bước 2:** Nhấn **thêm** để thêm mới chứng từ.

Một số thông tin cần lưu ý:

* Loại phiếu thu:
  * 1.Thu theo hóa đơn: Khi chọn loại này chương trình sẽ cho phép giảm tiền trực tiếp theo từng hóa đơn, người dùng chọn danh sách hóa đơn còn công nợ để giảm tiền hóa đơn. Chương trình xử lý cấn trừ công nợ theo hóa đơn và khách hàng.
  * 2.Thu theo khách hàng: Khi chọn loại này người dùng tự chọn mã khách hàng và nhập số tiền được giảm vào. Chương trình xử lý cấn trừ theo khách hàng, nếu thu theo khách hàng và có theo dõi công nợ theo hóa đơn thì phải phân bổ thu tiền cho hóa đơn, để đảm bảo công nợ hóa đơn đúng.   * Khai báo thông tin: diễn giải, tài khoản nợ, số chứng từ, ngày chứng từ, trạng thái,...
  * Khai báo tab chi tiết: mã khách hàng, tài khoản có, tiền được giảm,...
  * Khai báo tab tỷ giá: nếu có phát sinh chênh lệch tỷ giá, muốn dùng tỷ giá đích danh thì khai báo ở tab tỷ giá.

**Bước 3**: Nhấn **Lưu** và in phiếu bằng cách nhấn vào nút biểu tượng **In** trên chứng từ hoặc thanh công cụ.
