# Xuất hóa đơn chiết khấu cho khách hàng

## Mô tả nghiệp vụ

Khi bán hàng số lượng lớn, giá trị lớn đạt các chính sách bán của doanh nghiệp, người mua được chiết khấu phần trăm theo số lượng hoặc giá trị đã mua từ doanh nghiệp. Lúc này bên bán cần xuất hóa đơn chiết khấu cho bên mua.

## Định khoản

Nợ TK 5211 Chiết khấu thương mại

Nợ TK 3331 Thuế GTGT đầu ra

Có TK 131 Phải thu của khách hàng

### Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1:** Vào phân hệ **Bán hàng/ Nhập liệu/ Hóa đơn điều chỉnh, trả lại/ Hóa đơn dịch vụ trả lại, giảm giá**

**Bước 2:** Nhấn T**hêm** để thêm mới chứng từ, chọn loại hóa đơn là **Giảm giá**

* Khai báo các thông tin chung: mã khách, tài khoản có, ngày hạch toán, loại tiền tệ, trạng thái,…
* Khai báo tab Chi tiết: tài khoản nợ, đvt, số lượng, giá bán, thuế, diễn giải hàng hóa
* Khai báo tab HDDT: trạng thái chọn Chờ phát hành nếu phát hành HDDT.
* Nhấn **Lưu**.
* Chọn biểu tượng In trên thanh công cụ để **in** chứng từ.
