# Bán hàng có chiết khấu thương mại

## Mô tả nghiệp vụ

Dùng trong trường hợp hoá đơn có chiết khấu, tức là khách hàng được giảm tiền hàng theo 1 tỷ lệ %, hoặc 1 khoản tiền nào đó.

## Hạch toán

Nợ TK 5211 Chiết khấu thương mại

Có TK 131 Phải thu khách hàng

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1:** Vào hóa đơn bán hàng theo đường dẫn: ***Bán hàng/ Nhập liệu/ Hóa đơn bán ra/ Hóa đơn bán hàng.***

**Bước 2:** Chọn biểu tượng **Thêm** trên thanh công cụ để thêm mới phiếu.

**Bước 3:** Sau khi nhập các thông tin, tick chọn nút **Chiết khấu.** Trên hóa đơn xuất hiện vùng chọn loại chiết khấu\*\*.\*\*

*Chiết khấu tự nhập*: dùng trong trường hợp chiết khấu theo từng mặt hàng, khi chọn loại này thì phải nhập % chiết khấu hoặc tiền chiết khấu cho từng dòng.

*Chiết khấu % tổng đơn*: khi chọn loại này thì phải nhập % chiết khấu trên tổng đơn, chương trình xử lý gán tỷ lệ chiết khấu cho từng dòng chi tiết bằng tỉ lệ chiết khấu trên tổng đơn.

*Giảm tiền trên tổng hoá đơn*: khi chọn loại này thì nhập tổng tiền chiết khấu được giảm trên tổng đơn.

**Bước 4:** Nhập giá trị chiết khấu hoặc tỷ lệ chiết khấu (tùy theo loại chọn) và nhấn **Lưu**.

**Bước 5:** Chọn biểu tượng **In** trên chứng từ thanh công cụ để in chứng từ.
